Ingredients:
Half a kilo of coarse bulgur
A large onion, chopped and finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
One green pepper, finely chopped
Two tablespoons of senior olive oil
Three tablespoons of tomato paste
Water is appreciated during cooking
Salt, black pepper and seven spices

How to prepare :
