People always consider fats as the bad component in the diet and they always try ti avoid them .

Fats have many benefifits in our body , but you have to choose wisely, fats are not created equally

  • Fat are a great source of source of energy.
  • Regulate body temperature .
  • Involved in the synthesis of cell membrane, joints and vitamin D.
  • Protect the organs from tumors and from sticking to each other

Fats can be classifified as either good Fats or Bad Fats

Bad Fats

  • Increase the risk of cornary diseases.
  • Increase blood cholesterol.
  • Eliminate the benefifits of the good fats.
  • Increase the risk of high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes (insulin-resistance diabetes)

Good Fats

  • protect your heart from coronary diseases.
  • provide essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6)
  • Are involved in the blood pressure regulation.
  • protect the eyes and brain from damage.
  • Help decrease the risk of type 2 daibetes.
  • Are source of fat soluble vitamins.
